Instead of 18x18x24 they were 17.25x17.25x23 which in our case was a significant difference loosing 0.5 cubic feet per box. I emailed them and received a very prompt and courteous phone call. They were open to correcting the situation and together we decided a partial credit was appropriate. While I wish the boxes would have been the exact size that I ordered and needed, I was very impressed with their response. Through some research, I found that their prices were good. I've never had to move a large volume of stuff before, so I was nervous about what I should order and from where, but with all the different options from Dial-A-Box, I know that if I still underordered I could always buy separate box packages, bubble wrap, newsprint paper (without the ink already on it - so my stuff wouldnt get ruined). They delivered within 2 days via FedEx Home Delivery Service - right to my door. Quick and efficient. After I ordered the product online, the store sent me a confirmation email with a shipping date and the price charged to my credit card. When the item shipped, I received another email confirming the shipping. I am happy with the amount and variety of sized boxes that they offered in their different completer packages, but if I ever need just a package of one or two sizes for this move or any other move...they've got it and I can get it fast and reasonably priced! All I have to do is either call their 800 number or go direct through the internet. Ive told lots of people about this great website, whom I know might be moving or who just need some sturdy storage boxes! |

Dial-a-Box repackages everything in large rectangular shipping cartons to protect the boxes you've ordered - so they arrive in good shape. The only MINOR problem, and it was FedExs fault!! - is that one of the three cartons must have been sticking outside during coffee break or something because it got wet and delaminated. They were delivered on time which was critical for my move preparation and I received everything I ordered in perfect condition. Additionally, I appreciate the being offered the coupon when purchasing above a certain dollar amount.
